Overview
YNCJQ-1 type single-phase multi-circuit AC acquisition module is a multi-circuit measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as instrument) with programmable measurement, digital communication and other functions, which can complete the measurement of AC single-phase 24 circuits, electric energy metering, data and transmission, and can be widely used in data centers, distribution automation, intelligent buildings, and internal electric energy measurement, management and assessment of enterprises. The two RS85 digital communication interfaces, combined with the company's touch screen, can achieve local data visualization. At the same time, the second RS485 interface be connected to the data collection center to achieve remote data statistics. In addition, the sampling circuit uses isolated design, with 12 circuits on each side of A/B, which can also be used for dual power supply systems.

Functional characteristics
♦ Measurement: Measure the voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and frequency parameters each circuit, read via RS485 communication, and the values read are primary values after setting the correct multiplier.
♦ Metering: Meter the forward active energy reverse active energy, forward reactive energy, and reverse reactive energy parameters, read via RS485 communication, and the values read are primary values after setting the correct.
♦ Leakage current: Can be equipped with two leakage current measurement functions, using /1A leakage current transformers externally.
♦ Switch input: The switch input module uses dry contact resistance switch signal input method, and the instrument is equipped with a working power supply internally, which does not require external power supply, and can be used to fault alarm nodes, switch status, handcart position, capacitor compensation cabinet capacitor input status, etc., and the status information can be transmitted to the intelligent monitoring system the communication interface.
♦ Relay output: Can be equipped with two relay output functions, relay capacity: AC250V/5A, DC30V/A. The relay works in remote control mode, and the instrument is connected to the background system via the communication interface. The background system can control the relay to open close, and output pulse signals.
♦ RS485 communication function: Equipped with two RS485 communication functions, the baud rate can be selected from1200 to 38400bps, supports odd, even, and no parity, and uses the Modbus-RTU communication protocol.
♦ Voltage and current multipliers: The voltage and current multipliers can be set to facilitate the intuitive reading of actual parameters by the background system. For currents within 100A, use a 100A/0.05A current transformer, and set the current multiplier to 1; When the current greater than 100A, it is necessary to use transformer cascading. For example, if the primary current is 200A, it is to use a 200A/5A current transformer first, and then use a 5A/2.5mA transformer to connect to the instrument and set the current multiplier to 40 (200➗5).
